In late 1969 Jim was born in Montreal, Quebec and was re-located to Richmond, BC in 1974. Raised in the Lower Mainland’s rain and the shadows of the coastal mountains Jim grew up enjoying cycling, soccer and his saxophone. After graduating high school in 1987 Jim worked a variety of retail jobs and then moved on to security work. Jim spent a few short years in Prince George, BC and then in June of 1999 he found himself on an airplane headed for Ontario to live with his Girlfriend, Susan. After arriving in Ontario Jim lived with the Ritchie Family for a month before heading to Kingston for a management position. After a 4 year stint in Kingston Jim and his fiance, Susan were headed down the 401 on their way to the Waterloo Region. September 2003, was a busy month for Jim & Susan; they moved, started new careers and got married.
Jim now resides in Waterloo, Ontario with his wife, Susan and 3 little girls. Jim is a Realtor with RE/MAX Twin City Realty Inc. and Susan is a Pro Skating Coach with the Kitchener-Waterloo Skating Club.
